Refund policy

Pilot ($300)

• Full refund if you cancel before approving the scripts.
• After you approve scripts, production has started, so the pilot isn't refundable. Your two revision rounds are there to get it right.
• Late delivery: if we deliver more than 3 business days after the promised date (and the delay wasn't caused by waiting on you), you can ask for a full refund and keep the videos.

Monthly plans

• Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
• Months already billed aren't refunded, but we deliver everything in the month you paid for.
• If we miss deliveries in a paid month, we'll make them up or refund the undelivered share, your choice.
