Privacy policy
Last updated October 5, 2026
Snack Pack Studio is operated by Jay P., an individual based in Illinois, USA ("we", "us"). This policy covers snackpackstudio.com and the services we provide to clients.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request a teardown, email us or book a call: your name, work email, brand website, any ad links, and what you write.
- Client project material. If you hire us: product photos and videos, brand guidelines, approved claims, and the billing details needed to invoice you.
- Basic site analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. Like any web host, Cloudflare also processes IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting on this site, and we don't buy data about you.
Why we use it
- To send the teardown you asked for and reply to you.
- To make and deliver client work, and to invoice for it.
- To keep the site running and secure.
If you contact us, we may follow up about the work you asked about. We won't add you to a newsletter without asking.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare: hosting, security, cookieless analytics and email forwarding.
- Web3Forms: delivers teardown form submissions to our inbox.
- Google (Gmail): our email inbox.
- Cal.com: call booking, if you book one.
- Stripe: payments, if you buy a pilot or plan. We never see or store your full card number.
- AI video and image tools (currently Higgsfield and the models it provides): used to produce client videos. We send them product images and scripts, not your personal contact details.
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context advertising.
How long we keep it
Teardown requests that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client project files and invoices are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax and accounting records, typically up to 7 years for invoices.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, or the EU and UK), you may have additional rights under local law, and you can make those requests the same way. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. They aren't directed to anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and two-factor sign-in on the accounts that hold your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need.
International transfers
We're based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and other countries.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. For material changes affecting clients, we'll tell them directly.
